Accessibility - Crew Confirm
Last reviewed: October 21, 2026
We want Crew Confirm, its website and its studio and crew app to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom, or other assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we do
On the website and the sign-in screens, form fields have labels and errors are announced to screen readers. We build controls to work with a keyboard and to show where the focus is. Pictures of the app on the website have text descriptions. In the app, status is said in words, not by colour alone. Moving parts of the website can be paused, and they stay still when your device asks for reduced motion. You can zoom the pages on a phone.
No overlays
We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Fixes go into the app itself.
What we know is not finished
We have not yet checked every screen of the signed-in studio and crew app against the guidelines, and some text in the app is set in small sizes. We are working through both.
Tell us
If something is hard to use, or you need information in another way, write to [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened. We read every message and use it to fix what we can.
