Terms of Service

These terms cover the founding trial of CrewConfirm, a calm crew-booking workspace for boutique wedding studios. We've kept them plain and honest. By using a CrewConfirm workspace during the founding period, a studio agrees to what's below.

The founding trial

We're onboarding a small group of studios by hand. Founding trials are provisioned by hand after review. There is no on-the-spot signup. You request access, a real person reads your request, and we set your studio up for you.

  • The founding trial is free for 30 days.
  • No credit card is required to start.
  • We help with white-glove setup of your studio and first manager, and we help import your existing wedding and crew spreadsheet.

Acceptable use

CrewConfirm is for managing a private roster of real working relationships: the freelancers a studio actually staffs weddings with. It is not for:

  • Spam or unsolicited outreach to people who aren't your crew.
  • Running a public marketplace or talent directory. CrewConfirm is not a marketplace, and your roster stays private to your studio.
  • Uploading content you don't have the right to store, or anything unlawful.

Studios are responsible for keeping their own login credentials secure and for the conduct of their managers inside the workspace.

How sharing works

CrewConfirm provides manual share tools. You can share invite links through copy, WhatsApp, or SMS handoff actions, and you send each message yourself. Nothing is sent to your crew automatically. You share every invite link by hand. CrewConfirm does not message a studio's crew on its behalf. You stay in control of every message that goes out.

Your data and export

A studio's events, roles, and crew roster belong to the studio. You can export your events, roles, and crew assignments to CSV at any time, so your data is never locked in. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Provided as-is during the founding period

CrewConfirm is early software, and the founding trial is a work in progress shaped together with founding studios. During the founding period the service is provided as-is, without warranties, and features may change as we learn what studios need. We'll do our best to keep things working and to be straight with you about what's ready and what isn't.

Ending the trial

A studio can stop using CrewConfirm at any time. We may end or pause a founding trial if a workspace is used in a way that breaks these terms, for example spam or marketplace-style use. Either way, your CSV export is available so you can take your data with you.

Changes to these terms

As the product matures past the founding period, these terms will evolve. When they change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and keep the language plain.
